To protect the safety of local property owners, Tewksbury Locksmith Solutions has strict rules. Before we unlock any door, rekey a lock cylinder, or program a car key, you must show us:
If you cannot show proof of ownership or authorization on-site, our technicians will refuse service. By booking our services, you agree to these safety checks.
We provide home, business, and car locksmith services during our business hours (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM Daily). We try to open locks without damaging them. However, if a lock is broken or heavily secured, we may need to drill or remove the lock. Our technician will explain this to you and get your permission before starting.
Our dispatch team provides price estimates over the phone. However, our field technician will check the locks on-site and give you a final price before starting any work. This keeps pricing clear and fair.
Payment is due immediately after the service is completed. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We provide detailed receipts for all jobs.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. Tewksbury Locksmith Solutions offers a 30-day warranty on all lock installations and key programming. If you experience any problems within this period, contact us and we will send a technician to fix it.
